NATIONAL DALIT HUMAN RIGHTS
Jan-jan ka aadhar: Rashtriya Dalit Manav Adhikar

To raise awareness about human rights—especially the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and its amendments—and to ensure its proper implementation. We aim to empower marginalized communities, women, and workers; combat child labor and human trafficking; promote the right to education and information; and take legal action against officials who fail to perform their duties lawfully.

Joining Hands for Justice and Equality

Social inequality
Today, in various states of India, people from marginalized castes and communities are found who are still not fully integrated into the mainstream of society. As a result, they have to face challenges related to education, employment, housing, language, clothing, and economic inequality, and from a social perspective, they continue to experience discrimination, injustice, and exploitation.
Write to education
SC/ST children often face poverty, social discrimination, and exclusion in daily life. Many struggle to attend school regularly or receive quality education. Poor health, malnutrition, and limited access to resources make their growth difficult. These challenges reduce their opportunities and affect their future prospects.
Right to information
The Right to Information gives citizens the legal right to access information from the government.
In India, it was implemented through the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Its main aim is to ensure transparency and accountability in governance.
Through this right, any citizen can request information from government departments.
